The Pro Curb Series of machines is only line of curb machines in the world today that truly allows one-man operation.

Series highlights

• Unilateral lifting of the mold and hopper to control the height of the curb. Only the hopper and mold move and not the frame, engine, or other components.
• With the engine and radiator in the back, the hopper remains cool, extending the life of the concrete in the hopper.
• Once the pour is started, all functions are controlled from the main power switch. That means no evidence of stopping or starting in the curb itself.
• All models are equipped with rotary actuators for front steering (180 degrees of movement).
• By design, all units can pour within two feet of an object and back out over what was just poured.
• A patented floating finisher, trailing the mold, allows the pouring of material within 6 inches of a previously poured curb section that is 90 degrees to the current pour (in the case of parking stalls).
• Concrete can be dumped into the machine from all positions: front, left or right side, or from the back.
• All components are chosen not just for reliability but also ease of availability worldwide.
• All tires are silicone-filled for trouble-free service.
• All models will pour over rebar, do trench pours and below-grade pours, and are tolerant of most mixes, from pea gravel to 3/4 inch rock.
